IMPORTANT: Information on your Health Spending Account balance
As you may know, your HSA balance may not be completely up-to-date. We're working on bank integrations so that your Health Spending Account balance can be displayed in real time but the banking system has presented a challenge. The banks don't always play well with others.
Updates are still delayed and we're grateful for your patience! Our Development Team is working diligently. They anticipate a resolution soon. In the meantime, our Claims Team have access to your balance because our internal financial system is always 100% up-to-date. There's no need to delay any claim submissions. While we anxiously await the update, if you need to know your balance, simply click on Support!
CLAIM SUBMISSION UPDATES
We've heard Member feedback on the beta claim submission and we've made some recent changes. Here's a summary of the major ones...
You no longer have to enter a location for prescription drugs.Yeah, we know, that one was kind of silly ;)
To save you time, you can now save your service providers so that you don't have to re-enter them every time you visit the same provider.
We've also made it easier to use the map to search a business name and find it quickly so it fills out the details.
